  • Dr. Keith Bjork is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with over 24 years of clinical and surgical experience.

    He has been actively involved in biologic therapy and Amnio Technology for the past 6 years. His interest lies in helping develop biologic therapies that can potentially treat many of the orthopedic issues prevalent in our society. He is committed to helping find cures and solutions, rather than just treating symptoms. Dr. Bjork has helped educate other physicians by visiting clinics, providing clinical knowledge, and giving educational lectures.

  • Sarah joined Amnio Technology, LLC as a research & development Laboratory Technician in 2019 where she is responsible for conducting studies and producing high quality data used to develop innovative amnion-derived technologies.

    Previously she worked with a team at Arizona State University on the development of a breath-based diagnostic assay for bacterial infections common to cystic fibrosis patients. Specifically, she worked on the identification of potential metabolic biomarkers for pathogens found in the lungs of cystic fibrosis patients. She has presented her research at different symposiums across the state.

    Having successfully defended her thesis entitled “The Effects of Staphylococcus aureus on Quorum-regulated Phenotypes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa,” Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University with a BS in Microbiology. In addition, Sarah is a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) awarded by the American Association of Tissue Banks.

  • Tiana Golding supports compliance and related strategic initiatives for Amnio Technology. Tiana has over 10 years of experience in the areas of compliance, clinical laboratory science, and assay development.

    Tiana began her career as a bench researcher developing such products as monoclonal antibody therapies and bacterial-vectors for vaccine delivery. Prior to joining the Amnio team, Tiana worked for a multinational health care diagnostics company as a supervisor within the oncology testing franchise. In this role, she ensured department compliance with multiple regulatory authorities and laws including: Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA 42 C.F.R § 263a, 493 (1988)), International Organization for Standardization (ISO 15189), New York State Department of Health, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

    Tiana holds a B.S. in Microbiology and an M.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, both from Arizona State University. She has earned a Certificate in Medical Writing from the University of California, San Diego with a concentration in preparing FDA regulatory submissions and publication planning for industry.

    Tiana is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS), American Medical Writers Association (AMWA), and the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Certified Specialist in Cytometry (SCYMcm). In addition, she is a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) by the American Association of Tissue Banks.

  • Dawn Holts is the Quality Manager for Amnio Technology, LLC.

    She has more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry, with nine-years focused in the bio-therapeutics field. Dawn’s experience began on the United States Navy’s hospital floors and has transitioned through multiple civilian roles. Throughout her career, Dawn has worked in compliance-driven environments with exposure to quality, safety, training, and operational management. She has held multiple leadership roles in each of those areas, always promoting quality outcomes and excellence in performance.

    Dawn holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Psychology and is currently a PhD candidate. The understanding of people and performance drivers developed through her education is beneficial in driving quality decisions at Amnio Technology. In addition, Dawn is a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS) awarded by the American Association of Tissue Banks.

  • Rachel Schwartz-Olson graduated in 1989 from Minnesota State University with a double major in Accounting and Finance. In 1990, Rachel began her accounting and finance career in Phoenix, Arizona with Valley National Bank as a staff accountant. Rachel obtained her Certified Public Accountant license in 1994. Throughout her career at the bank, she was promoted to an Assistant Vice President/Accounting Manager in 1994, to Vice President/Finance Manager in 1997. Additionally, while at the bank, she assisted in system conversions during the many bank mergers and acquisitions. Rachel also assisted in the successful conversion and training of accounting departments around the country to a standard budgeting system.

    Since 2001, Rachel has managed a corporate fiduciary business and a CPA business started by her and her husband. She has successfully managed relationships with clients of both these companies and has numerous dealings with insurance companies, attorneys and banks as well as preparing client financial statements and tax returns.

    In 2015, Rachel started in the accounting area with Amnio Technology and accepted a Controller position in November of 2016. Rachel is dedicated to making Amnio Technology one of the premier businesses in their industry.

  • William has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry, specializing in quality assurance roles for manufacturing facilities in the Midwest.

    Throughout his career, William has held roles with Quality, Compliance/Regulatory, Engineering and Validation responsibilities, including Manufacturing Support. Leading projects with Research/Development, Process Development, Clinical Manufacturing and Commercial Manufacturing applications, in both Proprietary and Contract Manufacturing Environments, has provided William with insight to differing approaches in regards to process and industry best practices.

    Throughout his career, William has worked closely in Aseptic Formulation, Fill and Finish, as well as other sterilization and depyrogenation methodologies. William has experience with various Parenteral Products, Medical Devices, Ophthalmic Solutions, Inhalation Solutions, and Nutritional Products.

  • Robert Diller, Ph.D. has more than 10 years’ experience in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. His primary focus has been in the field of wound healing and orthopedic applications. Dr. Diller joined Amnio Technology, LLC as the Senior Director of new Product Development in 2020 where he is responsible for developing new therapies from human tissue that will be classified as either 351 or 361.

    Prior to his work at Amnio Technology, Dr. Diller served as the Vice President of Research and Development at a stem cell clinic in the Caribbean. He set up a facility to expand birth tissue MSCs for clinical use. Dr. Diller has also served as the Senior Director of Research and Development for Axolotl Biologix, a regenerative medicine company located in Phoenix, AZ, where he led teams of researchers and product manufactures to create a novel regenerative therapy, currently under provisional patent. Dr. Diller spent several years designing and creating a novel wound healing scaffold using a blend of collagen and tropoelastin, which mimics the native dermal architecture for wound healing applications. Dr. Diller has consulted for many medical device companies in the past which include device redesigns and specialize in histopathology evaluations of medical devices using digital analysis.

    Dr. Diller holds a B.S. in Biomedical science and M.S. and Ph.D. in Biology, with an emphasis in Biomedical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
